Reservations

A deposit of 50% of the total rental fee, including tax, cleaning fee and security deposit is due upon reservation acceptance. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the rental date.*

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your reservation, the deposit will be refunded as follows:

90 days prior to arrival: 100% of deposit refunded, minus $250 booking charge, if cancelled.

Within 90 days of arrival: 100% of deposit refunded, minus $250 booking charge, if cancelled and rebooked by another guest for the same rental rate or greater. Or, 100% total rental fee forfeited, paid security deposit refunded, paid cleaning fee refunded, if cancelled and not rebooked.

Check-In/Check-Out

Check-in time is 5:00 p.m. and check-out is 11:00 a.m. For weekly rentals check-in time is Sunday at 5:00 p.m. and check-out is the following Sunday at 11:00 a.m. Early check-in and late check-out may be accommodated upon request, when possible.

Additional Services

Housekeeping, grocery shopping and catering are available upon request at an additional cost and if prearranged.

*If unforeseen circumstances arise, Blisswood Group reserves the right to cancel a reservation. In this event, the renter will be refunded all monies promptly and Blisswood Group will attempt to help find the renter other accomodations.
