reservations

A deposit of 50% of the total rental fee, including tax, cleaning fee and security deposit is due upon reservation acceptance. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the rental date.*

cancellation policy

• Cancellation of booking more than 45 days prior to check-in will be fully refunded.

• Cancellation of bookings between 15 and 45 days prior to check-in will result in forfeiture of rental deposit.

• Cancellation of booking within the 14-day period prior to check-in will result in forfeiture of the entire rental amount.

check-in/check-out

Check-in time is 5:00 p.m. and check-out is 11:00 a.m. For weekly rentals check-in time is Sunday at 5:00 p.m. and check-out is the following Sunday at 11:00 a.m. Early check-in and late check-out may be accommodated upon request, when possible.

pets

As much as we would love to open our space to your furry friends, in order to ensure a peaceful and relaxing stay for all, we unfortunately are not able to allow pets at this time.
